1 - I’ve forgotten my identifier

You are an SACD author member

Your SACD identifier is your access code to your Member Space.

Your SACD identifier comprises 6 digits, and is given:

• on your Member’s Card;
• on all documents you receive from the SACD;
• on your Royalties Statements.

You are an amateur theatre company, a producer, a broadcaster, etc.

Your SACD identifier and your password were sent to you by email when you opened your account.

Any bills you receive from us charging for royalties will also have your SACD identifier.

If you received a letter authorizing you to perform a work, your SACD identifier is given on the letter.

2 - I’m having a problem with my email address

We ask for the email you usually use to communicate with the SACD.

Perhaps you have not yet provided us with an email address; in this case, please do as follows:
